
New openning hours at Toongabbie
The openning hours at Toongabbie Family Practice will change from 01 August 2020 .
The new openning hours are:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5pm
Closed on Saturday, Sunday and all Public holidays.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, you must inform the receptionist if you have travelled overseas within the last 14 days or if you have any flu like symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath.
We also request that all patients MUST wear a mask before entering the surgery for your own protection and others.
Telephone consultations are now available for ALL medicare card holders. If you need to attend the surgery please inform the receptionist. No walk-ins are allowed as each patient has to be assessed on the phone before entering the surgery.
You must ring the surgery to make an appointment for both telephone (Telehealth) and surgery consultations ( face to face).
We apologise for the inconvenience but the safety of our patients and staff is our priority.

CORONAVIRUS ALERT
Testing for COVID 19 in NSW is recommeneded for:
Any patients with even mild symptoms of: shortness of breath, cough or sore throat with or without fever, sudden loss of smell or taste or any mild viral symptoms
If you have been in close contact with a confirmed case in the past 14 days
•You must call your GP, Emergency Department ,healthdirect (1800 022 222) or your Public Health Unit (1300 066 055)for advice before attending.
Please do not attend the surgery without calling first to protect other patients and staff
You must inform the staff if you have been overseas recently or been to any hotspots in Melbourne/Victoria or Sydney,
